Clarence E. Lutz
Mr. Lutz is a native Nashvillian and a 1995 alumnus of the Nashville School of Law, where he served on the Student Honor Council. He received his license in 1995, and is currently admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Sixth Circuit and all of Tennessee’s Federal District and State Courts. He served as a Judicial Clerk for The Honorable William B. Cain before joining the Office of the Attorney General. Most recently, Clay served as an attorney and administrative judge in the Department of Health Care Finance and Administration for the State of Tennessee. His practice currently focuses in the areas of civil litigation, personal injury, and insurance defense.
