Real Estate Closings
Closes residential and commercial real estate transactions from both the buyer’s prospective and the seller’s prospective including review of title work and clearing of exceptions, conducting due diligence reviews of closing transactions, and issuing appropriate title policies to property owners.
Title Opinions
Reviews title and issues opinion in order to assist bank with in-house closing. Prepares legal description for bank to use for recording mortgage and/or deed of trust.
Title Insurance
Authorized to sell title insurance and approved attorney for Stewart Title and Chicago Title Insurance companies; approved attorney for Investors Title Insurance Company.
